To reflect an attitude of courage and sacrifice, the WiLD Foundation exists to provide the highest level of leader preparation to current and potential leaders who oftentimes lack the resources for this investment. These are some of the most influential leaders who are often overlooked, and yet they serve populations where there is unfathomable need. Our continued aspiration is to provide rigorous, relational, and relevant whole leader education to these leaders.

Our identity and deeper competence as leaders is refined in the fires that leading inherently provides.
When we are supported in community with like-minded leaders, and our experience is intentionally scaffolded, deep-seated leader development begins.
