The unintentional divide

We have unintentionally created a divide between our “soft side” and the “hard side” of our lives. Putting our family, emotions, faith and spirituality, and so on, in one category, and our finances, strategies, planning, work, and so on, in a separate one. But don’t you think that your level of fulfillment in your relationships will have an impact on how you show up at work? And that your finances will impact your faith? And your emotions impact your plans?

These are not meant to be separate categories, and when they are it becomes a hindrance to your growth and development, and how you show up as a leader. This is why we do Whole + Intentional Leader Development.

of Whole + Intentional Leader Development

We are about the leaders, and making an intentional investment in their lives. It’s more than an airport seminar or a mountain top camp moment. We are about the real time development while leaders are in the midst of the work they are doing. On a national and a global scale, leadership across thousands of industries can be so lonely, but leaders shouldn’t be.
