Rob McKenna
President + Founder of the WiLD Foundation
Named one of the top 30 I-O Psychologists alive today, Dr. Rob McKenna is passionate about developing leaders and about transforming the way we see the people in our ministries and organizations. As he will tell you, we have the tools at our fingertips to invest in our people in ways that are meaningful to them and will get the results we need. Thirty years of research has taught us much how people learn and grow on the job. We have what it takes to create rich learning environments for the people we lead, and all we have to do is begin to act on what we know.

James McPherson
Dr. James McPhersonn has served as a global executive, consultant, coach, instructor, speaker, and writer serving in over 42 countries. The contexts have included three Fortune 500 companies and in the spaces of technology, consumer goods, professional services, higher education, government, and not-for-profit organizations. His leadership expertise ranges from corporate law, to human resources, business development, sales, procurement, and operations. As a coach, he has work with executives, managers, physicians, university faculty and administrators, and ministry leaders in Africa, Europe, and North America through his own firm and through the Center for Creative Leadership and Duke Corporate Education. Dr. McPherson has taught at the graduate, undergraduate, and community college level and served in the United States Air Force as a Captain. He brings extensive service in local Chambers of Commerce, Bar Associations, Rotary, and organization and people development organizations, and he has served as an Elder, Bible teacher, and youth leader in four churches. He earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University in North Carolina. He is driven by developing leader capacity in the most unlikely and important places in our world.

Ann Klein
A 30 year veteran of PNW real estate, Ann was a Principal and Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Company through 2003, when she began her own highly successful consulting business and career coaching practice, working with numerous privately owned as well as publicly traded companies and high-performing individuals and teams.
Ann leads Engel & Völkers Seattle Eastside's efforts in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Operations.
As native Seattleite, Ann lives in the heart of Downtown Seattle and thrives in the vibrancy of a growing and changing city. She is passionate about solving the homelessness crisis and is often found talking to neighbors currently living outside. She is a past board member of Medical Teams International and of Seattle's Union Gospel Mission, and an avid international traveller.

John Brekke
John has been active in commercial real estate development in the Puget Sound area since the early 90s. As a principal at Brekke Properties, John has developed multiple projects and led the management of a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties.
He is passionate about meeting his client’s requirements in manufacturing, logistics, and professional services. He enjoys working with over 100 company leaders in fulfilling the dynamic needs of their employees and businesses. John is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Washington Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. He is also the recipient of the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.

Amanda Holland
Amanda Holland’s passion for leader development began in elementary school and has shaped her life. She believes in sharing experiences, information, and ideas for personal and professional growth and that executive coaching can be collaborative learning at its best.
She has a strong background in workforce planning, organizational development, leadership, and human resources. In 2015, she launched a leader development program that has since been nationally recognized by the transportation industry. Currently Deputy Commissioner with the Alaska Department of Administration, Amanda has served the State of Alaska and its citizens for nearly three decades and has helped state agencies realize operational efficiencies and build resiliency into the workforce.
She is a WiLD Leaders master coach and actively involved in national workforce research and development.

Gregg Hunter
An accomplished and seasoned business/marketing executive with the proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams who brings a unique blend of both client side and agency experience. Greg has a strong track record of driving growth through strategy, brand and digital marketing, performance media and client engagement.
He is highly effective developing efficient, creative and innovative, advertising and integrated marketing communications through a very collaborative approach. With his growth mindset, he has developed key business partnerships and alliances to drive new revenue streams. He’s motivated by building strong relationships and knows what it takes to build a world-class team by recruiting key talent, mentoring, coaching and leading teams to success.
Greg also has a heart for bridging the gap between business and service organizations. He pioneered a company team-building trip to the Dominican Republic with Children of the Nations and is a long-time participant with Medical Teams International. Greg also serves as a student mentor with his alma matter, Seattle Pacific University.
