What would change ten years from now if we made an intentional investment in preparing 500 courageous and sacrificial leaders for the future?

Courageous and sacrificial leaders are the future. We must begin our investment now.

THE LEADERSHIP CRISIS

Our world is more divided than ever. There has never been a greater need for courageous and sacrificial leaders who can bring unity and wholeness for God's people in the midst of the division. And yet, we have fewer leaders being intentionally prepared to lead in these complex times.

It's time to make that investment

What is the WiLD Project?

The WiLD (Whole and Intentional Leader Development) Project is an unprecedented multi-year investment in 500 faith-based leaders leading across business, ministry, government, education, and not-for-profit contexts. This investment in a cross-context, multi-generational initiative in the lives of leaders will radically change the conversation regarding developing the character and competence of leaders for generations to come.

THE WiLD PROJECT WILL ALLOW US TO:

  • Provide a rigorous and approachable deep-seated leader experience - integrating transformative leadership theory and the experience of the leader.

  • Invite and combine under-served and under-resourced leaders with established leaders into a world-class whole and intentional leader development experience.

  • Integrate cutting-edge psychological science regarding leader development with their organizational needs.

  • Disseminate the results and change the narrative from an oversimplified view of leader development to a view that embraces paradox and necessary complexity.

Imagine the impact on the impact…

  • Intentional and whole leaders would be prevalent across local communities and the globe.

  • Wise and action-oriented leaders would be at the forefront of championing change and providing solutions to complex challenges in our world.

THE WiLD PROJECT YEARLY RHYTHM

Leaders in the WiLD Project will use the 10 assessment tools in the WiLD Toolkit every year for a minimum of three years. They will also meet virtually on a monthly basis with all of the WiLD Project participants for 90 minute interactive real-time development sessions - using the personalized Feedback Reports provided with each of the assessment tools.

WHAT DO WE NEED

Most nonprofits seeking funding for a project at this level of scale would have a difficult and even impossible time making the project self-sustaining. While the conservative goal of this project is over three years, our long term goal is enough funding to be able to continue this project in perpetuity. For that reason, a single gift or a combination of gifts totaling five million dollars built as an endowment would allow us to make this investment in thousands of leaders for decades to come.

The WiLD Foundation goal for the WiLD Project is to establish a $5M endowment that would enable the project to be self sustaining into perpetuity.

We live in a time when leaders are not trusted, and yet they must provide the conviction and care necessary to impact the deepest needs in our world.
