It is our goal to put unlikely and under-represented high capacity leaders alongside experienced ministry + corporate leaders so they can learn from one another.

Our Whole Leader Development Programs provide rigorous preparation to both emerging and senior leaders that intentionally integrate deeper learning and real-time development - helping leaders squeeze the most learning out of the experiences and crucibles that are the reality of leading.

We are surrounded by leaders who were educationally prepared in a certain discipline (medicine, law, ministry, psychology, business, the arts, etc.) but were never prepared to serve in the leadership roles they now occupy. These are leaders who often do not have the bandwidth to seek an entire graduate degree, but are seeking a rigorous and relational way to take their presence and impact as a leader to the next level. The Executive Fellows Program is designed for leaders seeking a more rigorous level of education through an intensive annual virtual or face to face program with like-minded leaders.
